Method of Payment
Registration will be confirmed upon the receipt of payment.
Payment in US dollars will ONLY be accepted by the following methods.
• Credit Card
Participants can pay the registration fees with a credit card. Visa, Master, JCB and AMEX are accepted.
• Bank Transfer
Payment of Regular fees via bank transfer will not be accepted after September 30, 2026.
All bank charges are to be paid by the registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
A copy of remittance receipt should be emailed to the Secretariat.
Cancellation and Refund
A request on any changes or cancellation of the registration should be made to the Secretariat via email at reg@lesapac2026.org.
Due to administrative issues, all refunds will be processed after the completion of LES APAC Conference 2026.
Registration as members is subject to verification. If membership is not confirmed, the registration may be revoked.

Letter of Invitation (for application of entry visa to Korea)
To request an invitation letter, please visit ‘My Page’ fill out the Invitation Letter Request Form and upload a copy of your passport.
Invitation letter will be sent to the designated participant upon completion of registration along with a full payment.
This letter is NOT a commitment of the LES APAC Conference organizer to provide financial assistance to any participants or accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
